Project Manager - Light Industrial

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of light industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external teams.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources needed for each project.
