Job Description

  • Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Address and resolve any project-related challenges proactively.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Support the bidding process by reviewing contracts and participating in negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
