About Our Client

My client is a fully integrated developer/builder that specializes primarily in multifamily renovations across the country. Although they have a presence across the United States, they have a consistent backlog of work here in the Milwaukee market that requires a local presence to manage. Their typical project is roughly a year in duration and the size can range up to about $5M. They pride themselves on not only doing quality work but taking care of the residents of these facilities. Most of their work is done on currently occupied buildings so there is a level of conscientiousness that employees must have for those who live in the building.
