They are looking to add a qualifiied project manager with GC/ development background to their growing team.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead all phases of assigned development projects-from acquisition and design through construction and turnoverOwn and manage project budgets, pro formas, and cost tracking against target benchmarksOversee project schedules and ensure on-time delivery across acquisition, permitting, construction, marketing, sales/leasing, and handoverManage contractor performance, project consultants, and internal teams to ensure consistent delivery excellenceServe as liaison with community stakeholders, lenders, consultants, legal and insurance representatives, and government entitiesCoordinate financial underwriting, compliance, and loan processesCollaborate with marketing, leasing, and sales teams to align brand and construction objectivesExecute timely project reporting for internal leadership and external partnersManage legal and insurance compliance throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
