The Luxury Home Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Description

Manage all phases of construction for ground-up luxury residential and select hospitality projects
Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants
Oversee high-end interior build-outs, custom millwork, specialty finishes, and bespoke details
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections
Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements
Serve as a trusted liaison for discerning clients, delivering a white-glove experience

The Successful Applicant

6+ years of project management experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality construction
Proven experience with ground-up custom homes and high-end interior finishes
Strong understanding of premium materials, custom details, and refined construction methods
Experience working alongside elite architects and interior designers
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
