This role is perfect for an experienced Project Manager who can independently lead high‑end residential projects from concept to completion. You'll oversee luxury custom home builds in one of the most exclusive markets in the country while working from the Jupiter office.

Founded in 1993, this established luxury custom home builder specializes in ground‑up estates and complex renovations. Headquartered in Jupiter, the firm primarily serves Palm Beach County and has additional experience building exceptional homes in Miami.

Job Description

  • Lead full project lifecycle for luxury custom homes, coordinating all construction activities.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control with minimal oversight.
  • Serve as the client-facing project lead, ensuring expectations are met at every stage.
  • Oversee on-site operations across Palm Beach County, including Palm Beach Island and Jupiter.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, permitting, and high-end craftsmanship standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing luxury custom home projects.
  • Strong track record in Palm Beach County / Jupiter / Palm Beach Island.
  • Able to stand alone on a project without hand holding.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

Compensation: $120K-$150K+ depending on experience

  • Base salary

  • 401(k) after 1 year:
    • Employer match up to 3%
    • 3.5% match at 4% employee contribution
    • 4% match for contributions above 5%
  • PTO structure:
    • 1 week after 90 days
    • 2 weeks after 1 year
    • 3 weeks after 5 years
