The company specializes in high‑end ground‑up estates and full‑scale renovations throughout Palm Beach County and Palm Beach Island, with select projects in Miami. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of independently overseeing complex luxury residential projects.

Job Description

  • Manage luxury custom home projects from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Oversee ground‑up and renovation work on high‑end residential estates
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication
  • Ensure top‑tier construction quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Serve as the owner's representative, maintaining exceptional client service levels

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing luxury custom home projects
  • Strong background in Palm Beach County / Jupiter / Palm Beach Island
  • Proven ability to run a project without hand‑holding
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and client‑facing skills
