Job Description

Project Manager - Luxury Residential Homes up to $8M - Wells, ME - Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple high-end custom home projects ($1M-$7M) from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure profitability
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and trades to deliver top-quality results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring strong communication and trust
  • Uphold the company's reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Luxury Residential Homes up to $8M - Wells, ME - Will have

  • 5+ years of experience managing luxury residential/custom home projects ($1M+; ideally $2M+)
  • Proven ability to oversee all aspects of high-end construction, from budgeting and scheduling to client management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and trades
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost tracking, forecasting, and maintaining profitability
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and delivering projects of the highest quality
