Project Manager - Manhattan - Residential Construction

• Manage all phases of luxury renovation construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve high performance and collaboration.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
