Project Manager - Manhattan

• Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and company standards.
