Job Description

  • Lead the team in planning and managing the project schedule.
  • Drive progress to hit key milestones - design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout - on time and on budget.
  • Select and manage subcontractors; issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Oversee contract administration, permits, and compliance.
  • Develop and control project budget to meet requirements and ensure profitability.
  • Identify risks and create contingency plans.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and support the Superintendent in execution.
  • Manage project closeout and final deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong technical background and hands-on experience.
  • 8+ years in construction project management.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams, partners, and clients.
