Job Description

  • Assist in managing Miami‑Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) projects from planning through closeout
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
  • Oversee daily site operations when needed; reinforce safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with senior PMs and Supers to develop forecasting, documentation, and cost control skills
  • Communicate regularly with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Support punch lists, turnover documentation, and full project closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Comfortable working in both field and office settings
  • Experience with school district / K‑12 or educational projects is a plus, not a requirement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Eager to learn from an experienced team and grow into PM or Superintendent tracks
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed



What's on Offer

  • Junior: $65K-$90K
  • PM Level: $100K-$130K
  • Healthcare: Company pays 55% of employee premiums
  • 401(k): 3% match
