Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with design-build teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical Construction should have:

  • A strong background as a mechanical contractor with expertise in HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in the commercial construction sector, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Familiarity with design-build projects; ESCO experience is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
