Job Description

* Manage the full lifecycle of a 20,000 sq. ft. medical office interior fit‑out
* Build and oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
* Maintain healthcare construction compliance, safety standards, and documentation
* Communicate frequently with executive leadership and university stakeholders
* Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
