Project Manager - Mixed Commercial (Top 20 GC's in DFW)

• Oversee all phases of mixed commercial construction projects, from planning to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders and clients.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to achieve cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance.
