Project Manager - Mixed Commercial

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of mixed commercial construction projects.
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within the allocated budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or issues effectively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
