Project Manager - Mixed Commercial

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate updates and align stakeholders.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and invoices.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
