Job Description

* Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

* Collaborate daily with the Superintendent to drive field execution and resolve issues quickly.

* Lead and mentor project engineers, providing direction and reviewing technical documentation.

* Manage cost controls, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor performance for $10M+ projects.

* Split time between the office and project sites, maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 3-5+ years of experience managing commercial, institutional, or water/wastewater construction projects.

* Proven track record delivering projects of $10M+ with strong cost and scheduling skills.

* Background in healthcare, education, or municipal/water projects.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (construction management, engineering, or similar) preferred.

* Proactive, collaborative, strong work ethic, and committed to continuous learning.
