Job Description

  • Consulting owner on project feasibility and delivery methods
  • Leading weekly owner meetings with all stakeholders
  • Assisting preconstruction efforts with Precon team Assist in project buyout
  • Work closely with subcontractors/designers/engineers/inspectors/city officials
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Lead project teams
  • Travel as needed to construction site (1-2 days a month)
  • Participate in project closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of construction industry experience
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Multi-family and/or Wood-framed construction strongly preferred
  • Project experience $10M-$20M+
  • Degree preferred
  • Prior GC experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Open to collaboration
  • Eager and motivated
