We are seeking a Multi-Family Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience to oversee tenant improvement projects within our own multi-family developments. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

They manage every aspect of the development process-from design and construction to delivery-ensuring seamless execution and superior results.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of tenant improvement projects within multi-family developments.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee quality control and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multi-family or tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
