Project Manager - Multifamily & Commercial

• Manage all aspects of multifamily and commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential risks or delays in a proactive manner.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet project objectives.
• Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders.
