Job Description

  • Manage and lead multifamily construction projects in Charlotte.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all construction sites.
  • Handle project documentation and reporting.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Address potential issues and implement effective solutions.
