Key responsibilities include:Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal development teamsSelect and oversee subcontractors and suppliersMonitor construction progress and proactively resolve issuesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standardsMaintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reportsLead project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholdersSupport preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineeringConduct regular site visits to ensure quality and schedule adherenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
