Job Description

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closeout of commercial and multifamily construction projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to align scope and quality expectations.
Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor construction progress and quality through regular site visits and inspections.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Communicate project status, milestones, and financials clearly to owners and stakeholders.
