Job Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh will be responsible for:

  • Manage full-cycle multifamily construction projects.
  • Lead client communications and ensure project alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh will have:

  • 8-10+ years of PM experience in ground-up multifamily builds.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable managing $20M+ projects or multiple smaller builds.
  • Multifamily experience required on projects 100 units+.
