Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and address any issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure project closeout procedures are completed efficiently and effectively.
