Job Description

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Review design documents, coordinate RFIs, and support value‑engineering efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong communication with ownership teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of punch list, commissioning, and turnover requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with the company's focus on operational excellence and detail‑driven project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally with multifamily or mixed‑useprojects
  • Proven track record of managing mid to large scale ground‑up or complex renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and field operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to lead teams with integrity, urgency, and a commitment to high‑quality delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management software, cost tracking tools, and construction documentation workflows.
