Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues or delays.
  • Support procurement processes by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
  • Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in project management or coordination roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and achieving results.
