Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
