Project Manager - Multifamily - Miami, FL

Project Leadership & Execution

• Oversee all phases of a mid‑rise multifamily project, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead daily on-site operations and direct field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project flow.
• Review architectural and engineering plans, ensuring constructability and early identification of design conflicts.

Budgeting, Scheduling & Controls

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, including critical path milestones.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls to maintain financial integrity.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support timely project delivery.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure project compliance with local building codes, South Florida environmental considerations, and safety regulations.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and lead regular toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance audits.
• Uphold high standards of craftsmanship expected in residential multifamily builds across the region.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with trade partners, vendors, and community stakeholders.

Team & Culture

• Mentor and guide assistant project managers, project engineers, and field staff.
• Promote a collaborative, problem‑solving culture that reflects South Florida's fast‑moving construction environment.
• Champion a solutions‑oriented approach that keeps the project moving even in complex conditions such as tight urban sites, logistics constraints, or weather challenges.
