Project Manager, Multifamily - Miami, FL

• Oversee all phases of a mid‑rise multifamily project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Manage project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners to ensure design and construction alignment.
• Monitor daily progress, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards, code compliance, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain consistent communication with internal teams and ownership groups.
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, and turnover to property management.
