The client has completed over 50 projects across 17 different states.Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects in Indianapolis, from initiation to closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and requirementsDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestonesProcure necessary materials, equipment, and resources, and manage subcontractor relationships effectivelyConduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, safety, and quality compliance, and address any issues or concernsProactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and manage change ordersMaintain clear and open communication with project team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as requiredEnsure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and submit project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents, in a timely mannerMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a timeMultifamily project experienceWorking knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details.
