Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage multifamily projects in the Indianapolis area
  • Work collaboratively as a team
  • Communicate with Subcontractors and Superintendents
  • Take on leadership responsibilities
  • Assume all Project Management responsibilities
  • Assure projects are on budget and on time

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager

  • Degree in Construction Management preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with Multifamily projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to run more than one project at once, as needed
  • Ability to manage Project Engineers/Coordinators
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and Superintendents
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
  • Looking for growth opportunities and wants to take on more responsibilities
