Project Manager - Multifamily

• Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address project-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Houston.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
