Job Description
- Overseeing a third party general contractor on a high-rise housing projects.
- As they grow the regional division they are looking for a Project Manager who is interested in working for a developer with an in house general contractor
- Works with the 3rd party contractor to ensure that they stay on schedule and budget, ensuring all requirements are satisfied.
- Attend and conduct construction meetings with contractor, architect, and major subcontractors that are on site.
- Monitor projects and report progress and budget matters to the construction firm and clients
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project
- Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such building and safety code

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Project Management experience needed.
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details.
- Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and clients.
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical.
- Extensive Experience in Multi-family & Commercial Projects
