Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report to senior construction leadership and oversee the full lifecycle of ground‑up multifamily developments.

  • Lead $25M-$40M+ new‑build multifamily and affordable housing projects
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
  • Coordinate between development, engineering, design, and construction teams
  • Oversee both office and jobsite activities (approx. 3 days/office & balance onsite)
  • Drive transparent communication, process discipline, and team collaboration
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases
  • Support forecasting, risk mitigation, and strategic delivery of assigned projects

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Multifamily we are seeking:

  • Experience delivering ground‑up multifamily projects (affordable/LIHTC preferred)
  • Background in podium, wrap, garden‑style, or mid/high‑rise projects
  • Stable tenure: ideally no more than three employers in the past ten years
  • Strong leadership in schedule, cost, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to thrive in a culture built on transparency, process, and team alignment
  • Comfortable splitting time between office and job site
  • Proficient with construction management systems and digital tools
