Project Manager - Multifamily

• Manage and oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and building regulations
• Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project resources efficiently and effectively
