Project Manager - Multifamily

• Manage the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee podium and Class A developments, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, addressing any challenges that arise promptly.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align project goals with community needs.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior leadership and project sponsors.
• Utilize knowledge of the DFW market to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
