Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimations and financial reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones.
  • Lead project teams to achieve high-quality construction standards and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
