Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address concerns.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have:

  • A background in construction project management, specifically within the municipal sector.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
