Project Manager (NY Real Estate Developer)

The Project Manager (NY Real Estate Developer) will:

• Coordinates, manages, and monitors the General Contractor, their staffing, and operational activities for the assigned construction duration; responds to questions and inquiries from the general public, developers, contractors, engineering professionals, and city staff regarding construction projects.
• Coordinate project team and define scope as needed
• Develop and manage high performing teams
• Manage Project conception, perform layout planning for site and infrastructure
• Supervises and reviews the design of assigned construction projects for clarity and constructability
• Directs the preparation and/or review of plans, specifications, estimates, and contracts for assigned projects to ensure highest and best design at most efficient utilization
• Communicate project progress and updates
• Ensure job site is safety compliant
• Manage project cash flows as needed
• Develop relationships and act as liaison with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives, and establish and maintain procedures for information flow, approvals, meetings, reporting, applications for payment, etc
• Works to correct deficiencies; recommends and oversees contractor and consultants
