Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Oversee healthcare projects in occupied hospital environments, ensuring compliance with ICRA and CHC protocols.
  • Lead corporate interior renovations for office, retail, and hospitality spaces.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and financials.
  • Ensure adherence to NYC building codes and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-25 years of experience in Project Manager - Office & Healthcare Interiors.
  • Proven track record with corporate interiors and healthcare renovations.
  • Experience working in occupied hospital settings with knowledge of ICRA and CHC.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Stable work history with reputable NYC general contractors
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
