They are actively growing and looking for talented PMs who are ready to take their careers to the next level.Job DescriptionResponsible for the overall management and successful completion of large-scale commercial new construction an renovations projectsEnsure that projects are completed on time and within budgetFoster strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and internal staffResponsible for project organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the clientManage project plans from preconstruction to completionEstablish checklists for inspections and SOPsWork in coordination with field personnel to implement and enforce quality control standardsParticipate in weekly subcontractor meetings with project SuperintendentOversee subcontractor performanceTrack all potential change ordersLead and train project team members to support their growth and developmentAdminister work inspections to ensure that quality and performance standards are being metMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
