Job Description

  • Oversee all stages of project development, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress regularly.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Will have led multiple projects at a time, working directly with clients.
  • Interior construction experience on either high end commercial or residential spaces.
  • Will be entrepreneurial, hands on, driven and passionate about working to the highest standards.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading projects, someone they can build around and move up the career ladder.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
