With a strong pipeline of big‑box retail work and repeat business nationwide, this GC is known for fast decision‑making, an entrepreneurial culture, and long-term employee growth.Job DescriptionLead and manage large ground‑up projects for Walmart, Sam's Club, BJ's, Lowe's, Home Depot, and other big‑box brands ($10M-$80M+)Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlAct as the primary client-facing PM for national retail partnersCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsConduct site walks, manage field execution, and enforce quality/safety standardsManage subcontractor contracts, negotiate change orders, and maintain documentationReview/approve schedules, RFIs, submittals, and progress reportsIdentify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategiesLead internal and OAC meetingsDrive project closeout: punch list, turnover packages, warranty coordinationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
