As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced OSHPD Project Manager with expertise in OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) projects to join our building and construction dynamic team.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis OSHPD Project Manager will report into the Senior Project Manager.Manage all phases of health care construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to OSHPD standards.Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.Serve as the primary liaison with OSHPD, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and change management processes.Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
