A Top GC is looking to bring on a Project Manager to work on a mid-sized to large construction projects in the LA to OC area. Job Description

Project Manager:

  • Must have experience managing OSHPD Projects
  • Actively participates in the construction process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.
  • Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.
  • Maintains RFI's and submittals
  • Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation
  • Field operations and safety

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate:

  • 8-10+ years experience in Construction industry
  • Healthcare / OSHPD project experience required
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key subcontractors
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
  • Based in the OC or LA area
