Project Manager - Owner/Builder - Health & Wellness Resorts

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges during the construction process.
