About Our Client

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to join a dynamic Owner's Representative firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Monitor construction progress and proactively address issues or delays
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate development industry
  • Proven experience working as an Owner's Representative is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
