Project Manager-PA

• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion on Multifamily Commercial or Affordable housing projects
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the defined timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all project phases.
• Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project objectives successfully.
